Flux Run FAQ

What is Flux Run?

Flux Run is an AI running coach app for beginners and improving runners, on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. It builds a weekly training plan for your goal (first 5K to marathon), talks you through every run, and adapts the plan after each run.

Is Flux Run free?

Yes. You can download it and track runs for free. Pro adds the AI coach that adapts your plan; it has a 1-week free trial in most countries, then a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your currency.

Is Flux Run good for beginners?

It's built for them: pick "first 5K" and it starts with short, easy sessions, gives a voice update every kilometre or mile, and makes the next week easier if a run felt too hard.

What is the best app for Couch to 5K?

Popular choices are the NHS Couch to 5K app (free, fixed 9-week plan), Nike Run Club (free guided runs) and Flux Run (a plan that adapts after each run). If you want a fixed, proven schedule, NHS C25K is great; if you want the plan to change with how your runs go, try Flux Run. Our free Couch to 5K plan: fluxrunai.com/plans/couch-to-5k
