By using Flux Run, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Health and Safety
Flux Run is for informational purposes only. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program. You use the app at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries sustained while using the app.
3. Subscriptions (Pro)
Pro subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are non-refundable through us directly; please contact the respective store for billing issues.
4. GPS and Data Accuracy
We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of GPS tracking, distance calculation, or mapping data.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or misuse the service.
6. User content
You are responsible for what you post. By using the social features you agree to the Community Guidelines. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users; we may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break the guidelines. You keep ownership of your content and give Flux Run permission to show it to the people you choose inside the app.
